HUMAN RESOURCES AND CULTURE DIVISION
People. Values. Organizational identity.
The Human Resources and Culture Division is a strategic unit responsible for creating, developing and implementing the Capital Group's personnel policy. It is not only HR in the traditional sense, but above all a center where an organizational culture based on values, commitment and responsible leadership is developed.
The division manages the entire employee life cycle in the organization - from recruitment, through development, career paths and succession, to employer branding, well-being and integration activities. It also plays a key role in building diverse and inclusive teams, supporting human capital as the main source of innovation and competitive advantage.
The team of this division co-creates a working environment based on dialogue, respect and mutual trust, supporting the modern organizational identity of the Group.
