The Ownership Division represents the interests of the owner of the Capital Group and plays a key role in terms of strategic, directional supervision and organizational values. This division is responsible for maintaining the coherence of the holding structure, shaping a long-term development vision, approving key investment decisions and supervising the management board and other functional divisions.
It acts as a decision-making and coordination center in the area of ownership policy – both at the capital and management level. It is also responsible for supporting the coherence of communication between the owner and executive structures, overseeing corporate governance, international coordination in the group and setting long-term goals consistent with the organization's mission.
