The Technology and Innovation Division is responsible for implementing, developing and supervising all technological processes in the Capital Group. This unit is responsible not only for maintaining IT infrastructure and IT systems, but above all for designing and implementing innovative solutions that support strategic business goals.

The team in this division actively monitors technological trends, implements solutions in the field of automation, artificial intelligence, data science, and manages system architecture and cybersecurity.

This division also acts as an integrator of modern technologies in a hybrid work environment, cooperating with operational, financial and strategic departments and divisions as part of the digital transformation of the organization.
