It is a decision-making center where strategic initiatives, market analyses and concepts of innovative business models are born.

The division's team works closely with top management to identify opportunities for expansion, acquisitions, partnerships and investment initiatives. Based on data analysis, economic forecasts and monitoring of market trends, the Strategy and Development division defines strategic priorities and supports their implementation throughout the Group's structure.

It is also the unit responsible for sustainable development, development of the holding structure, integration of new entities and ensuring compliance of the strategic direction with the company's values and mission.
