CORPORATE SUPERVISION DIVISION
Transparency. Corporate Governance. Structural Accountability.
The Corporate Governance Division serves as an internal organizational compass, being responsible for ensuring compliance of the Capital Group's operations with the principles of corporate governance, internal regulations, legal provisions and best market practices.
Its task is to supervise the proper functioning of organizational units, decision-making processes and ownership and management relations within the entire corporate structure. This division operates independently and cross-sectionally - monitoring the risks of abuse, transparency of management activities, and proper representation of the owner's interests.
It supports the management board and supervisory board in compliance assessment processes, development of internal regulations, control mechanisms and structural reporting at the strategic level.
