The Strategic Integration Division plays a key integrating role in the structure of the Capital Group. Its main task is to ensure effective cooperation between divisions, operational and project units and the management center - so that the implementation of the company's strategy is coherent, timely and optimized in terms of resources.
The division is also responsible for monitoring priority projects, supporting their implementation, standardizing management tools, as well as developing project management structures (PMO), processes and operational efficiency.
