The Communication and Image Division is responsible for shaping a coherent, credible and modern image of the Capital Group both inside and outside the organization. It is a strategic unit that integrates activities in the field of corporate communication, public relations, employer branding, media relations and brand management.
The team in this division ensures the quality of the message, its compliance with the values of the organization, and effective reputation management - including in crisis situations. It is also responsible for the development of communication strategies supporting the company's business goals, as well as for dialogue with stakeholders, media, local communities and market partners.
