Dawid Mierzyński has been actively involved in shaping the investment and management structures of the Group, which currently operates under the brand name MD Global Capital Group, for over a decade. He began his career within the organization in 2013, when he joined the Royal Investments Corporation team – an entity operating in the area of alternative assets, real estate and capital investments. Over the years, he was co-responsible for the development of key business lines, coordination of transnational transactions and relations with international financial institutions.
In response to the growing operational scale, regulatory complexity and the need for deep structural integration, in 2016–2022 he co-led the transformation of the Group into a new formula – J&S Industrial Investments. During this time he managed, among others, projects of implementing integrated management systems, implementing compliance architecture compliant with EU and US regulations (AML V/VI, FCPA, FATCA, ESG Disclosure), and also supervised corporate transformation processes in several European and offshore jurisdictions.
As the initiator of the strategic re-profiling of the holding's activities, in 2023 he took over ownership and operational control over the Group, giving it the target structure under the name MD Global Capital Group. Currently, he serves as the Founder and owner of the main holding cluster, whose activities include, among others, financing energy projects (RES, H2, photovoltaics), infrastructure transformation, dual-use technology solutions, investments in digital assets and high-risk capital platforms.
Under his leadership, the Group implemented, among others, an operating model based on the Agile Governance architecture, an adaptive strategic project management system and internal decision-making policies in line with the best practices of corporate governance. He supported internal consolidation processes and developed a management culture focused on strategic efficiency and institutional security.
Thanks to his extensive network of international contacts and unique ability to combine operational experience with structural thinking, Dawid Mierzyński has acquired investment capital exceeding EUR 100,000,000 for the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy, critical infrastructure and sustainable development solutions.
He also participated in the closing of a number of cross-border transactions, including the repositioning of real estate assets, operational mergers and long-term refinancing with institutional partners.
Currently, he supervises the strategic activities of several dozen entities in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa, responsible for the long-term coherence of the holding model, the development of the Group's international presence and its operational and reputational security.
