Dominik Duda has been closely associated with the internal analytical and structural support of the MD Global Capital Group since 2023. His involvement gained particular significance during the key period of the reorganization of J&S Industrial Investments – one of the previous capital structures – within which he supported the preparatory processes related to the transformation of the organization into a new ownership and structural model, operating today as MD Global.
Its activities focus on financial control, operational compliance and process security. From a strategic supervision perspective, it acts as a trusted owner partner, supporting selected areas related to internal audit, compliance policies, risk control models and mechanisms for counteracting abuse and irregularities.
Dominik Duda brings to the Group a number of competencies resulting from previous audit experience gained in cooperation with advisory and financial entities, as well as from preparation in the scope of institutional structures and system security models. His knowledge and practice focus on analysis of management documentation, creation of regulatory policies in accordance with AML, KYC and FATF requirements, as well as cooperation with external auditors within the framework of holding reporting.
He has advanced academic preparation in the area of finance and control systems and institutional security. The competences acquired during the educational path were supplemented by international experience, including as part of an academic exchange program implemented in Spain, with particular emphasis on the issues of regulatory risk management and operating models in the European economy.
In his professional approach and operational relations, corporate ethics, internal transparency and consistent implementation of the principles of compliance with the norms of economic law occupy a special place.
Acting as an internal advisor, Dominik Duda remains an active participant in internal structural processes, ensuring the Group's operational stability and process security in an environment of increased regulatory complexity.
