Director of IT Operations and Digital Security Division
MD Global Capital Group, an international investment group with a transcontinental reach, is looking for an experienced technology leader for the position of Director of IT Operations and Digital Security. The person hired for this position will be responsible for the overall management of technology operations, information security and compliance of IT infrastructure and processes with international legal, operational and technical standards.

Scope of duties:
Managing global IT operations, including network and server infrastructure, cloud services, local and distributed environment security, and end-user support.
Design, implementation, and supervision of advanced internal and external IT networks, including security, segmentation, redundancy, and compliance with international standards.
Planning, implementation, and integration of infrastructure within modern office environments and smart building operations centers, including:
- Access management systems (biometric, card),
- Integrated building automation solutions (BMS),
- CCTV, alarm, and early response systems.
- Design and supervision of IT infrastructure for new company locations (offices, foreign branches, data processing centers).
- Creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies and information protection architectures compliant with global regulations and standards (Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP).
-Responding to security incidents and coordinating activities in the field of crisis management and business continuity restoration.
-Supervision over IT infrastructure compliance with regulations such as:
- RODO / GDPR (EU), UODO (Poland), DSGVO (Germany, Austria),
- NIS2 and DORA (EU),
- HIPAA, CCPA / CPRA, GLBA (USA),
- PDPA and Data Protection Trustmark (Singapore).
- Implementation and coordination of complex IT transformation projects, system migration, centralization of technology services and cloud implementation (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Cooperation with external partners, solution providers and system integrators at the strategic and operational level.
- Management of international IT, cybersecurity, architecture and operations teams, in a multicultural and geographically distributed model.
- Representing the company before external auditors, regulators and supervisory committees.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including minimum 5 years in a management role (CTO, CISO, Head of IT).
Experience in leading technology and operational teams in highly complex and distributed environments.
Practical knowledge of implementing enterprise-class systems in the field of infrastructure, security, data integration and compliance.
Fluent knowledge of standards:
-ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, 27005, 27701 (information security, privacy),
- ISO/IEC 20000 (IT service management),
- ISO/IEC 22301 (business continuity),
- ISO 31000 (risk management),
- ISO 9001 (quality of management systems),
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework,
- NIST SP 800-53,-ITIL v4, COBIT 5/2019.
Knowledge of SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM and MDM systems.
Advanced knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container architecture (Docker, Kubernetes), automation and CI/CD.
Experience in the integration of smart office systems, including IoT, BMS, remote supervision, environmental automation.
Soft skills:
Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
High leadership, strategic and analytical competences.
Ability to present technological concepts at the board level and conduct negotiations with key stakeholders.
Languages:
Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2).
Knowledge of Arabic, French or Chinese is an asset.
Preferred certificates:
CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer,
- PMP, Prince2, AgilePM,
- ITIL v4 Expert, TOGAF,
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert.
